The Pontificio Istituto di Archeologia Cristiana sponsors a scholarship for graduate study in Christian Archaeology dedicated to the memory of Mons. Patrick Saint-Roch, a longtime professor and administrator at the Institute.  The Saint-Roch Scholarship is for non-Italian applicants only. This scholarship is in addition to the PIAC's annual Graduate Scholarship, which is open to all.  The deadline to apply to both scholarship programs is April 15, 2016.

Information in English is here or in multiple languages on the website www.piac.it.

A native of France, Mons. Saint-Roch published extensively on catacombs (especially those of SS. Marco e Marcelliano), early Christian liturgy, and hagiographic traditions.
